We sell costume jewellery and fashion accessories. Please read each product description for materials, measurements and what is included. Colours may vary between screens, but we remain responsible for goods matching their description.
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods. We will not substitute goods without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes and any charges are shown before you place your order. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to UK addresses. Products may be dispatched by our fulfilment partners. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guarantees, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This does not affect your legal rights concerning delivery. Trinket&Mischief remains your point of contact for delivery problems and responsible for fulfilling its obligations to you.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy explains your cancellation rights, return procedures and remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Please read it before purchasing. You can contact us by email to cancel an order or raise a problem. Your statutory rights are not dependent on our supplier's refund policy.
